The Smoking Gun has found a copy of Dick Cheney’s Vice Presidential Down Time Requirements.
In it you will find some rather modest requests for furnishings and beverages, but you will also find that he wants “All lights turned on.” Funny… My vision of Cheney during his downtime is one of him wrapped in a black cape hanging upside down from the ceiling, so that one threw me off a bit.
But this one, “All Televisions Tuned to FOX News” doesn’t surprise me a bit.
No wonder he has been wrong about virtually everything since he took office.
