When did Bush decide on Iraq?

When will the mainstream media grab ahold of this? As first reported in the Times (No, not that one, the London Times) on May 1, 2005, Bush had already decided on military force in Iraq prior to a July 23, 2002 meeting among the prime minister’s advisers in Blair’s office. This meeting was to discuss the policies of the Bush Administration, as they related to the US invasion of Iraq.

The US media has made brief mention of this as it related to Blair’s reelection, but not to the fact of the matter:

Bush LIED to get us into Iraq. Such that the “facts were fixed around the policy” to invade Iraq.
